After the review of a complaint, one of the following actions may be taken:

  • Content Removal: If the content is found to be illegal or in violation of the CCBill standards, it will be removed immediately from the platform. In cases of severe violations, the webmaster responsible may have their account suspended or terminated by CCBill, or be punished under the relevant laws.
  • No Action: If the content is found to be compliant with the relevant standards, no further action will be taken.

Appeals process

If you disagree with the outcome of our review or the actions taken, you have the right to appeal our decision and have the content removed should the outcome of the investigation determine that consent was not given or is void under applicable law. Appeals may be directed to the same email as complaint reports, namely kitty@str8boywhisperer.com. Should there be a disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body.
